Welcome to Seya IQ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Seya IQ website, dashboard, APIs, widgets, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. About Seya IQ
Seya IQ provides AI-powered customer communication and automation tools to businesses internationally, including in the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other regions.
The Service is delivered via secure, cloud-based infrastructure, with core systems hosted on servers located in the European Union.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Free Trials, Subscriptions & Billing
Seya IQ may offer free trials or promotional access. At the end of a trial period, continued use of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, usage limits, and plan features are described on our website or within the dashboard and may vary by plan or region.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Sending spam, deceptive, or unlawful content
- Attempting to bypass usage limits, billing systems, or security controls
- Using the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service provides automated, AI-generated responses based on data and instructions configured by the customer. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, processed, and protected.
7. Service Availability
While we aim to provide a reliable service, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
