For customer chat data and lead information processed through the Seya IQ platform:

• The business using Seya IQ is the data controller.
• Seya IQ acts as a data processor, processing data solely on the business’s instructions.

3. Information We Collect

• Business account details (company name, contact email)
• Authentication data (securely hashed passwords)
• Chat messages exchanged via the Seya IQ widget
• Lead data submitted voluntarily by website visitors
• Usage data (message counts, timestamps, feature usage)

4. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Seya IQ platform
• To generate automated responses based on customer-configured knowledge
• To enforce usage limits and subscription plans
• To improve service reliability, security, and performance

5. AI Processing & Sub-Processors

Chat messages may be processed using third-party AI service providers strictly for the purpose of generating automated responses. These providers act as sub-processors and do not receive data for advertising or independent use.

Seya IQ does not use customer chat data to train public or third-party AI models.

6. Customer Contact Requests & Leads

When a website visitor requests to be contacted by a business, information such as name, email address, phone number, or message may be collected through a secure form.

This data is provided directly to the business using Seya IQ. Seya IQ does not sell, reuse, or disclose lead information to third parties.

Data is stored on secure servers located within the European Union. We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure credential storage.
