How do I train it on my clinic's information?
After signup, you add your clinic info to the Knowledge Base — services, fees, conditions treated, insurance accepted, FAQs, policies. Seya·IQ uses this to answer patient questions accurately.
Does this work on any website?
Yes — embed the widget code before your closing </body> tag. Works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom sites, and clinic management software that allows custom code.
Is patient data private?
Yes — each clinic is isolated. Your data, leads, and conversations are stored separately. Seya·IQ doesn't share data between clinics. Enquiries are only visible to your team.
Can I hand off to a human when needed?
